How does UniGuideMe work?
UniGuideMe helps you connect with academic experts and admissions consultants who base bespoke guidance on your credentials, academic goals, strengths, and preferences to draw the path towards your best-fit degree and university / college. You can explore IECs and academic advisors, chat with more than one, review proposals, and choose your best-fit expert. Once you accept a proposal, you work hand-in-hand with your consultant towards the admissions process and all related academic pursuits. You will be able to track every step of the journey through your UniGuideMe dashboard.
Can I speak to more than one educational consultant before deciding?
Yes. UniGuideMe allows you to connect with multiple consultants so you can compare your options before making a decision. This gives you more clarity on who best matches your goals, preferences, and the type of support you need.
How do I choose the right educational consultant?
You can explore consultants based on their areas of expertise, including study destinations, academic focus, and the type of guidance they provide. By chatting with consultants and reviewing their proposals, you can choose the one that best fits your needs and goals.
What happens after I accept a proposal?
Once you accept a proposal, your dashboard becomes your admissions process hub. You will be able to co-compile your UniFolder, track your progress and tackle what is in the pipeline.
How do payments work?
Students pay 50% of the agreed fee upfront when they accept a consultant's proposal. The remaining 50% is paid in September of the student's Senior Year. This payment structure is designed to support the guidance journey over time.
